Be it a job, a sport or a game. Are you game for it? I mean are you really suit to do whatever it is you are doing now and planing to do in the future? What do I mean by are you suit or not? I believe in order to suit certain job you need to have a least one of the following criteria on the job or else you will no do well that job.
1. Do you have the talent?
Some people are just born to do certain thing, Some are born with a golden voice thus he/she is suit to excel on voice related job such as singing, radio, and etc. There are also those born with good sense on art and this will make him/her a perfect artist.
2. Do you have interest?
If you don't have the talent for writing but you have a very high interest on it then you can still excel on it because you will have a passion higher than others and that will make you get back what you lose on talent.
3. Do you have the right character
There are also those who don't have the talent or interest but have the character to do the job. You may not be talented and interested in real estate but if you have right character with right social skill then you will find yourself fit for the job.
4. Do you have the determination or reason?
Lastly, you may not have any of the three but because of certain reasons, such as money, love, future or etc you may put 100% of effort and get the job done even though you don't have the talent, interest or the character to complete it. You may not have the talent, interest or the right character to be a doctor but you know a surgeon can earn a lot of money and you want that kind of money, so you will give everything you got to be a surgeon.
Think about it. What are you doing now? Do you have any criteria above towards you job? If your answer is no then you really need to get one of those criteria or better yet, get a new job.
