Are we living in a fair world? Is it fair when we work our ass off and fail to get to the top while some can kiss it to get to the top? Is it fair when some of us are born with a silver spoon while the rest are born with a plastic spoon?
Yes, it’s fair.
While you’re working your ass off, he is working hard too. He is working hard on kissing ass and enduring all the shits that people like you hitting him not to mention the shits from the ass he is kissing. In one way he too has sacrifice a lot to get to this position. The ass kissing task is not really an easy job.
After all everyone has his own way to get to the top. Some use knowledge while some use skill, and ass kissing put under skill.
When you manage to get to the top, will you want your next generation to work his ass or kiss some ass to get to the top? Sure you don’t. You surely want to give your best to your next generation, thus you have yourself a silver spoon kid.
Why blame the kid for the doing of his father. His father is the one who gave him the silver spoon and please refer to above on getting to the top. However please don’t blame your father for giving you the plastic spoon because at least he gave you a spoon which is the best he can give. Be grateful he didn’t give you nothing.
